The Uchiha were killed 500 years ago in the Uchiha clan massacre, led by Itachi and Madara Uchiha. They have slowly been rebuilding since. Its been 500 years since that day, and the Uchiha stand tall and strong in konoha, as a reborn clan. Sakumo Uchiha is actually the Uchiha clan leader.
Has black hair that reaches his eyes. Wears a black shirt with Uchiha symbol on the back of it. Wears black pants with a red cloth belt. is 5'11.
Personality: Loving and caring, Sakumo is probaly the nicest people to know. He is funny and joking but can get serious when the time comes. Dislikes people getting bullied or hurt.

The user exhales a fire ball to burn and incenerate and opponent. This jutsu is known as the coming of age jutsu for Uchiha members. When an Uchiha member learns the technique, he is officially an "adult" in the clan.

The user exhales a large amount of fire that forms into the upperbody of a Wolf (arms, chest, and head) The flame wolf then either swallows the opponent, or crashes down on them. This jutsu can also be shot down a wire or long object.

The user exhales multiple large, dragon-shaped fire balls at the opponent. This technique is extremelly powerful, able to alter weather into thunder clouds if shot into the air.

The user exhales hundreds of rock sized "bullets" which are able to pierce through iron, and causes a small but powerful explosion on impact. The jutsu is very powerful and very hard to handle. The power of the technique is so high, it can leave a large strip of barren, burned, and destroyed land in a forest.

The user fires a large fire ball at the opponent, with a core made of wind. The wind constantly fuesl the fire ball, the effect being it growing as it moves. On impact, the wind core explodes, creating a massive explosion. Kunai and shurkien do not detonate the explosion.
Fire Style: Jet Stream

Considered one of the most powerful streaming attacks, the user exhales wind and fire at the same time, the outer "shell" being fire and the inner "shell" being wind. The 2 elements blend in perfectly, creating probaly the most powerful streaming attack. It is much like a flamethrower and travels in stream form. It is able to melt through anything, probaly a rashom gate.

This jutsu channels a large amount of chakra into the user's arm. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible to the naked eye. The technique actually alters the nature of the user's chakra, effectively converting it into electricity. As a side effect of the conversion process, the large amount of chakra, and the speed at which the user moves, this technique makes a loud noise similar to many birds chirping, hence the name (if the user is not in motion, it merely makes an electric crackling sound). Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and stabs their enemy with it. The amount of thrust combined with the large concentration of chakra allows the user to stab through almost anything; as such it is usually fatal to the enemy. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
Chidori Current

a varition on a regular chidori,this jutsu allows the user to generate electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere increasing the strength of punches or kunai slashes.The Current can also be sent through the ground to attack opponents from their blind spot. Sakumo can use the Chidori Current to create lighning chakra strings that are connected to his fingers like chakra strings.

The user points his index and middlefinger at the opponent, while charging a chidori in the fingers. The user then releases the chidori, which shoots a lightning bolt at high speeds at the opponent. This technique is deadly, due to its presicion. The user is also able to re-direct lightning with this technique.
Chidori Storm

( must have thunder clouds present ) the user uses his chakra to force lightning out of the thunder clouds in a group, not concentrated. The result is hundreds of lightning bolts striking a very large area around sakumo. because he forces it down in a group the lighting bolts are only in 1.4 of its power but still devestates a wide area aroun sakumo. The lighting can also travel through the ground. It takes most of Sakumo's chakra to perform this technique. He is so powerful with the tech, that somtimes when he uses the jutsu, thuder clouds form by themselves, and then diapear when the jutsu is completed.
Lightning Style: Thunder Tracker

The user is able to conentrate electricty in both hands and then fire it at the opponent. They can then control it as it flys, making it split into 2, change direction, etc... This ensures a hit on the opponent, even if the user missed him the first time.
Lightning Style: Lightning Dragon Tornado

The user is able to spin, while releaseing wind and lightning chakra at the same time, creating a tornado of electricty and wind. The tornado's top, then forms into the head of a dragon, and the user controls it too attack the opponent. (while still spinning) Becuase of the 2 intangible natures it is IMPOSSIBLE to block, and very hard to dodge.
Lightning Travel

The user is able to alter the body's form into lightning and travel in this state. The user moves so fast, the opponents eyes dont have enough time to transfer the images of the user moving. The only draw backs is the user can only travel short distances.
Wind Style: Air Dome

The user is able to create a spinning Dome of air to repell and protect against jutsu. The jutsu is a simple defensive jutsu, but can be breaken through with enough force. The technique does not protect from underground attacks. The dome is as big as the user.
Wind Style: Burst Breath

The user releases a powerful stream of wind from their wind. The jutsu looks harmless but is able to break bones if used in close range. The jutsu is so powerful, it is able to cool lava. It can be used in conjunction with fire jutsus.
Wind Style: Twister

The user creates a small twister and punches it, sending it at the opponent. The twister looks harmless but is able to capture some jutsus and becuase its spinning, redirect the jutsu to the opponent. If the jutsu is too powerful, the twister will disapate. If hit by the twister, the opponent will suffer some cuts and heavy bruising.
Wind Style: Great Breakthrough

Wind Release: Great Breakthrough is a technique that creates a large explosion of wind from the user's location, easily leveling everything in its path. Sakumo usually uses it too boost the strength of his fire techs.

History/Background: Sakumo was born in the leaf village, but as an orphan. His parents had died during an important mission of the leaf village. Sad and lonley, Sakumo met Hashi and they quickly became best friends. They grew up together, and went through everything together. Sakumo would then take responsibility for the Uchiha clan, and became the Uchiha Clan Leader, knowing all their jutsu and techniques. He was a very powerful man, and was respected as much as the legendary Sannin, even considered to be at their level. He was even asked to join the legendary 3 Sannin, but he declined and instead was the leader of the ANBU in konoha. Sakumo was known for the great battles he faught, even preventing a war between the hidden rain village and konoha, by fighting and managing to kill their leader. There were many more great battles, like him defeating and aresting a traitor in knoha leaking info to other villages ( he stopped hm before too much was revealed) and many more. His life has mostly been strugling, but he made it up too now. What he doesnt know, his his future, lying ahead on a dark road...
