The hidden earth elite is made up of mainly trackers. The Korak clan ninja Kayn is the head of the trackers. As he is also the tsuchikage ((i hope)). Whenever a ninja is killed an executive vote is taken about who will join the elite. They have unlimited access to files and missions. They are mainly assigned to A and S ranked missions. The Korak clan hes always led this group and will hopefully continue. Most of the ninja can summon tracking hounds. Along with a large range of jutsu. If the situation is drastic the tsuchikage will travel with the team. These are the strongest ninja in the village. Continue with caution...
This is not a clan, it is a group and groups do not need to be approved. you just need to have members join. you can either invite other members of the site or have new members join the site and then join your group. either way is fine but I would prefer that you bring in new members.
