The user can use underground water to summon up piranhas made of water. These piranhas bite and latch on their victim. Once bitten, the piranha will not come off. After a few seconds the piranha will then explode, causing massive damge to the opponent. If the piranhas are destroyed before they bite, they blow up right there.

The user covers their hands with water. Once completley covered, they can swing their hand like a slice, sending a water disk at the opponent. The user can throw as many disks as they want. These disks are cabable of slicing through stone.
