The Kaguya clan once was a very powerful and barbaric clan. Without anymore war, they needed to kill, so they attacked Kirigakure. Then the Mizukage founded the seven swordsman of the mist to kill all kaguya, with only kimimaro surviving. What they didnt know is that there was a young couple who managed to escape and the Kaguya clan started to grow and grow, little my little. Then Kimimaro died, and the Mizukage caught on with the kaguya clan, found out their secret hiding place and attacked. Nero was one of the legendary bone manipulators and managed to kill all the attackers, but it was too late for his family and clan.
Has black hair thats medium length and reaches his eyes. Wears a white shirt with a black jacket on top of that. he also wears black pants. he doesnt like the Mizukage's attire.
Funny and caring, Nero is probaly the more nicest people around. He jokes around alot but can get serious when the time comes. Dislikes people getting bullied or hurt. Loves to eat.
Shikotsumyaku is the kekki genkai of the kaguya clan. It allowed them to manipulate their bones for attack or defense, making them long and short range experts.They had free control over the cells responsible for bone growth and replacement, allowing them to manipulate their bones at will. They could protrude their bones out through their skin with any injuries that would be received during this process healing instantly, change their bone density, and could even completely regenerate a lost bone.All this makes their bodies virtually indestructible, and any point of contact on the body could become as sharp as a spear tip, giving them a nearly perfect defense. The ability seems to be rare as only few people get the ability.

Finger Bullet Drill

The User is able to fire the tip of their finger like bullets at high speeds towards the oppponent.
Dance of the Camellia

The user performs this jutsu by modifying the humerus (upper arm bone) of either his right or left arm to create a short, hiltless bone sword. This is the most basic dance of the Kaguya clan jutsu.
Dance of the Willow

The user grows several long bone blades out of his body for use as weapons. Though he primarily uses two blades grown from the palms of his hands, he also uses several secondary bones grown from his elbows, knees, and shoulders. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic, using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponents' counterstrikes.
Dance of the Larch

The user uses this jutsu to create a mass of razor-sharp bone spikes all over his body. These spines appear to be branches off his preexisting skeletal structure rather than complete new bones. The user is even able to grow these bones at an extremely rapid rate so they can stab an opponent even as they are growing. He can even use them to block or trap an opponent's strikes. In addition to being an unwelcome surprise for opponents, it makes him basically untouchable at close range.
Dance of the Clematis: Vine

The user can modify and pull out his own spinal column to use as a flexible chainstaff, regrowing a new spine to replace the removed one. The protrusions on the vertebra are modified to make them stronger and sharper. Nero can even use it as a whip, or straighten it as a long sword.
Dance of the Clematis: Flower

A follow up of the Dance of the Clematis: Vine, the user's entire forearm is encased in a giant drill made of bone to attack the trapped victim. The bone is strengthened (through compression and its plaited spiral shape) to become the hardest type of bone the body can produce. The bone resembles a flower, hence the name.
Dance of the Seedling Fern

One of the most powerful Kaguya techniqes, this jutsu causes a giant forest of bone spikes to burst from the ground. It is an extremely deadly technique. The user is able to emerge from any bone at will, giving him a deadly element of surprise. Nero's version is more powerful then a normal Kaguya's, even said to be more powerful than kimimaro's. His creates a dense tightly woven forest of spikes that comes out a the same time. This makes it more powerful and even deadler for anyone trapped inside. This also raises the chances of getting impaled.
Bone Clone

The user is able to make a complete clone out of bone. Since the bones have no brain, Nero need intense concentration to control them. The bone clones have all of nero's techniques, and are virtually indestructible. They branch out of Nero when are forming. becuse they use som many bones, Nero can only have 3 out at one time, before he can make another 3 in a little while. The best way to destroy a clone is too punch Nero so hard he will lose concentration, making him lose 1 clone.
Dance of the Rose

A brach off technique of the Dance of the Larch, once the razor sharp spikes are outside the body, Nero can spin at high speeds, creating a white trondao of bones, which slice and dice an opponent. The speed combines with the razor sharp spikes means total anniolation for the opponent.
Dance of the Rose: Electrocution

The user jumps into the air and spins, sending multiple medium bone spikes. The opponent, thinking its gonna hit him will try to defend when in reality all the spikes will hit the ground around the Opponent. Nero will then charge up a large amount of lightning chakra in his hand and fire it at the bones spikes in a giant bolt of electricty which the bones then absorb and create a discharge, doubling the already powerful lightning bolt's power and shocking the opponent intensley. The jutsu can not be absorbed by another becuase the bones hold the electricty.
Water Style: Water Dragon

Using a large amount of water, The user is able to create a giant water dragon for attacking. Nero only needs 4 hand signs, as he is skilled with water jutsu. The dragon crashes onto the opponent to cuase major damage
Water Style: Giant Vortex

The user is able to create a giant vortex of water, that severly damges an opponetn and carries him away. The jutsu is extemelly powerful.
Water Style: Water Fang Bullet

The user is able to create numerous water drills,which litterly deciamte an opponent. The water drills can be formed only when near a large amount of water.
Water Style: Water Prison

The user is able to trap an opponent in a nearly inescapble sphere of water. The opponent is not able to move but is able to breathe. There must be one hand inside the sphere att all times or else the shpere will revert back to normal water.
Bijuu jutsu
Water Coat

Nero coats himself in a think layer of water and chakra, effectively protecting him from jutsu. It also serves as an attack, the coat being able to morph the part thats covering the hand into claws. High level attacks are able to pierce through the water coat, (mostly a-rank since this is a high lever defenseiv jutsu) Which makes the water coat fall onto the ground, like normal water.
Tsunami

Nero can create a giant tidal wave out of nothing. It comes from behind Nero but it doesnt harm him in anyway. The tidal wave completley ingulfs the opponent. It also causes severe physical damge if caught.
Giant water prison

When the opponent is ontop of a large supply of water, Nero can control the water to compleley ingulf th opponent. The opponent cant move when ingulfed. Similiar to water prison but larger in comparison. Does not require hand in prison. The water prison is able to catch multiple opponents at once.
Water Whale

Nero is able to use the water in the air to compress and form into a large water whale, which falls ontop of the target. Nero can make multiple of these, since his three tailed demon is able to create water out of nothing. The whales are as large as real whales, and can severley injure the opponent. The whale is also laced with chakra, so it can hold its form. The user is also able to make the whale come from underground, as a surprsie attack.
Aqua Bullet

Nero is able to shoot concentrated water balls out of his mouth towards his opponent. Nero can control the size of these balls. These Balls explode on impact, as a surprise attack. The water bullets/balls are round and hard.
Aqua Vine

Nero is able to make countless tentacles of concetrated water to whip or grab the opponent. He can also form them around himself, and then control them to attack from all sides. The vines are laced with chakra so it can hold its form. Nero can make as many as his chakra can supply.
Tailed Forms
1 Tail
When Nero enters this form, he is able to call upon large amounts of chakra from his bijuu. He can stay in this form as long as he wants. He usually calls apon small bits to conserve chakra and to keep away the exahustion draw back. Nero slightly glows light blue ( the bijuu's chakra is light blue, opposed to the dark blue normal shinobi have.) and grows a chakra tail.
2 Tails
When in this form, the light blue chakra surrounding Nero becomes more dense and he grows a seocnd chakra tail. The chakra surrounding him now can also protect him from some low level attacks. He is also now able to control water at will with his bijuu's help. The water bends to any shape at will and can be controlled in large groups. The water even protects Nero from attacks.
3 Tails
When in this form, Nero goes through a transformation. His skin turns light blue, his teeth grow sharp along with his nails. Also instead of chakra tails, 3 real tails grow in their place. These tails are mini versions of the real 3 tailed bijuu's tails. When in this form, Nero has full control over t water. a simple wave of a hand can send small tidal waves for miles. Large amounts of chakra enter Nero's body, helping him perform jutsu. While in this form, all water jutsu are streghthened and do not require handsigns. After 15 posts, Nero will faint from this form, out of exhaustion and chakra usage.

Nero was one of the survivors of the seocnd Kaguya Clan Massacre. Ever since then he lived alone and trained hard and strong for the moment he had dreamed would happen. He came to Kirigakure to asked to be Mizukage and he would not stir up trouble. To his surpirise, they asked for his help, since Kirigakure was falling apart. He helped the village and its people, and they soon became well organized and... Good. They then claimed Nero, Mizukage. His past is unkown as he had a head injurie gicing him amnesia. His other goal is to seek out his past, to ready hmself for the future. He hopes to make Kirigakura a better place, but what he doesnt know, is his future lying ahead...
