He will protect his students with his life, and is a very powerful
ninja. He trains a lot and is always improving his skills. His favorite
food is ramen, and his favorite pet is a dog.

Description:Regulus
is
a wolf demon who allows the user to heal faster than normal, gives them
a massive amount of speed, and give him a massive amount of chakra,
that some say
Regulus may even have more chakra than the Kyuubi. The chakra that
comes from this demon is not blue, but white. This demon is very
sinister and is always trying to break free from Pendo.

Puppet:
Name: Ketsu
History: When Pendo was
younger he thought everything in being a ninja was the jutsus, and
swords until his dad introduced him to puppetry when was nearly 5, he
continued studying it with his best friend in the orphanage. They both
worked together to build a powerful puppet but they both agreed to let
Pendo keep it. To this day Pendo has added many attachments and traps
to this puppet, and it is his favorite item.
Description: Ketsu
has a rather large body made of a very strong steel that looks like wood. There is a door in
his chest that can slide open and shoots out 30 poison tipped Kunai.
His left, and right arms can shoot out Kunai with explosive tags
attached to them from his wrists. He also keeps a sword inside a secret
compartment in his back. It can breath fire from it's mouth. It also has a
highly
poison scorpian tail made of steel. Hidden in Ketsu is an explosive tag
that can be detonated by the user at anytime, the user can easily pull
the puppet back together with chakra strings.
Abbilities:
Through the study of the chakra system Pendo had figured out every
aspect of utlizing jutsu by using chakra. Pendo has developed away that
by using chakra strings he can send chakra through the strings into the
puppet to the point where it can utilize the chakra. By making the
puppet perform the required handsigns and sending the correctamount of
chakra Ketsu can use the jutsus the owner knows.


Weapons:
Name: Takoshima Blade
Description:
This blade is very powerful and can not be broken because of the
powerful material it is made of. It is currently unknown when it
originated but it is known that it was made by the Takoshima clan and
is one of a kind. This blade has special abilities such as: When anyone
except the owner touches the handle their chakra immediately begins to
be sucked into the blade, spikes will also shoot out from the handle
when anyone but the owner touches the handle.

Takoshima Armor
Description:
This armor is very powerful and invincible, it is made of the same
unknown material that the Takoshima Blade is made of making it very
powerful. It has been enhanced to the point where it protects the user
from lightning and lightning type jutsus. When the wearer is in battle
this armor will cover his entire body making the eye area see through.
Pendo wears this armor under his robe, when Pendo does activate this
armor his robe is sucked into it for storage while the armor protects
Pendo.

remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.

Shadow Clone Jutsu
Description:Kage
Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the
scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin
technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The
Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and
creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also
utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally
disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the
original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an
excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and
stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time.
This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train
and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with
Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Description:Kai is a
Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a
Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu
technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the
technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack.
After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected
to end the affect of the spell.

Water Prison Jutsu
Description:Suirou
no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an
opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the
water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only
allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching
the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken,
the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a
bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow
for a clone to attack others nearby.

Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin
Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not
stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however.
Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created.
Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the
clones when created.

The clones themself can utilize any jutsu
the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new
knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to
any additional clones. This makes Tajuu Kage Bunshin an excellent

Name:Fuuja Houin - Evil Sealing Method

Description:Fuuja
Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a
cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground
and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the
needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then
activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to
surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can
work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a
cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.

user makes 10 shadow clones. The User then kicks the opponent towards a
shadow clone and they kick the opponent to the next shadow clone, and

towards the user and the user finishes it by punching the opponent in
the stomach.

A powerful Genjutsu that traps the victim in a place where there is
nothing but Ice surrounding them. The user can manipulate the ice to
however he wants. The jutsu requires no handsigns but only needs the
victim to be touching Ice.

Used in conjunction with his Kusanagi sword, the blade becomes almost
unstoppable. It takes on Chidori's natural ability to cut through
anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its
target with ease. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will
cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter
his attacks.

Body Replacement Technique (Kawarimi no Jutsu)
This
jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object,
such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even
another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a
counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for
an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

Cloak of Invisibility Technique (Kakuremino no Jutsu)
This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making themselves invisible.

Clone Technique (Bunshin no Jutsu)
This
technique creates a clone of the user, but it is an illusion, not a
real copy like the Shadow Clone Technique. The illusions will dissipate
when they come into contact with anything. A person with normal eyes
can distinguish clones from the original if they watch very carefully.

Exploding Tag: Activate (Jibaku Fuda: Kassei)
Utilizing chakra, a ninja is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.

Projectile Weapons (Tobidogu)
In
order to store and use large items or various weapons that the user
would never be capable of carrying normally, the user can keep them
contained within summoning scrolls.

Rope Escape Technique (Nawanuke no Jutsu)
A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.

A white dragon named Toji who has the ability to use water type jutsus,
and can fly at a magnificent speed of 400 miles per minute at most.

History/Background Story: Pendo has been alone
his entire life. His mom died shortly after he was born, and his dad
was killed in the Takoshima Massacre, he was able to get his only son
Pendo to safety in Konoha before he was killed. Pendo grew up alone but
had many friends, he lived in an orphanage until he turned 11 when he
became a Genin, and used the money from missions to pay for an
apartment. He soon passed the Chuunin exams with flying colors amazing
the judges with his great skills in Intelligence and Ninjutsu. He went
on
many missions and after a few years he was appointed ANBU by the
Hokage, he has been through a lot in his life and after joining
Akatsuki, but changing his ways he returned to Konoha and became a
highly skilled Jounin.

Name: Takoshima Ultimate Defense - remove this as you have your armor and that Oodama Ice Barrier Jutsu. those together should be more then enough.

Oxygen Inhalation Jutsu - this jutsu is impossible as your lungs can not hold enough air for it to work. your lungs would explode and you would die.

You need to change your Aquagan to allow you to use the jutsu it unlocks and the effects from level 2 and 3. Having free control over water was Haku's ability and he was the last of his now dead clan.
