Clan History: The clan is a fire-jutsu clan. All members can Flame-Stride (no Japanese translation), which means they can step into a normal fire and step out of another one.
Physical appearance: About ten centimeters taller than Senshiro, longer, wild, ash-gray hair, wears gray or silver overcoat, black boots, and has eyes of blackest pitch. He carries a katana with a Kyuubi-like tsuba. Has a tattoo of the kanji for “Ash” (Kaijin) on his chest.
Personality: Some would say playful because he laughs a lot, but he’s really vile. He hates all living things, especially his little brother, Senshiro, and reveres Kyuubi.
Special Characteristics: Flame-Stride, Heat Sense, all burns lowered one degree (See Senshiro Norimoto), Seal of the Ashes (ability to transform his Fire Chakra into Earth Chakra and back again. Can only be used for two hours time and twice a day)

This Jutsu causes black clouds to appear and rain oil down onto a small area.
Rising Water Cutter (Mizu Kamikiri) “Rank B”
This Jutsu creates blades of water to erupt from the ground, attempting to slice the target to pieces.
Sword of Draining (Mizukiri no Yaiba) “Rank A”
This Jutsu transforms normal water into a solid sword that can be transformed back and again at will.
Tornado of Water (Mizu no Tatsumaki) “Rank B”
This Jutsu creates a cyclone of water around the user that acts as a barrier and a weapon, depending on how it’s used.
Water Prison Technique (Suirou no Jutsu) “Rank C”
This Jutsu creates a sphere of water around the user’s hand that encases and traps one other person. So long as the user’s hand remains in contact with the prison, the victim can’t move, although they can talk and apparently breathe.
Death of a Thousand Water Needles (Sensatsu Suishou) “Rank B”
The user kicks up water from the ground that freezes into a thousand needles that rain down onto the opponents.
Earth Spear (Domu) "Rank B"
This Jutsu hardens the user's body like rock, strengthening offense and defense (Haigara can only use this Jutsu with the aid of his Seal of Ashes).
Sand Lightning Needles (Suna Raishin) "Rank A"
This technique generates hard spikes of sand that rain down and generate electricity that strikes the opponent. If the enemy uses Lightning Chakra, this technique disrupts the chakra temporarily (Haigara can only use this Jutsu with the aid of his Seal of Ashes).
Armor of Ashes (Haigara no Yoroi) "Rank B"
This technique, modified from Gaara, creates a thin layer of ashes to cover the user, protecting him. In all other respects, this Jutsu is identical to Gaara's Armor of Sand technique (Haigara can only use this Jutsu with the aid of his Seal of Ashes).
Ash Coffin (Kaijin Kyuu) "Rank B"
This Jutsu, nearly identical to Gaara's "Sand Coffin," utilizes ash instead of sand, and encases the target in the ash. The ashes then harden, trapping the target for the next Jutsu (Haigara can only use this Jutsu with the aid of his Seal of Ashes, but he only uses it after his Magarime Kaijin no Jutsu).
Ash Funeral (Kaijin Sousou) "Rank A"
This Jutsu, following Kaijin Kyuu, uses the ash that entraps the foe and causes it to constrict rapidly, crushing the victim. The ash then heats up, burning the victim into more ashes, though this takes a few minutes (Haigara can only use this Jutsu with the aid of his Seal of Ashes, but he only uses it after his Magarime Kaijin no Jutsu).
Ash Rasengan (Kaijin Rasengan) "Rank A"
This Jutsu is technically just the Rasengan with some ashes swirling within it, but Haigara claims it as his own signature Jutsu.
Turn to Ash Technique (Magarime Kaijin no Jutsu) "Rank S"
This Jutsu nullifies any and all Fire Elemental Chakra, reducing any Jutsu composing of Fire Chakra to be useless. Transforms any Earth Elemental Chakra techniques into "Ash Style," which simply uses ashes instead of Earth (Haigara created this technique to counter Kyuubi's Chakra).

Body Replacement Technique (Kawarimi no Jutsu)
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
Cloak of Invisibility Technique (Kakuremino no Jutsu)
This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making themselves invisible.
Clone Technique (Bunshin no Jutsu)
This technique creates a clone of the user, but it is an illusion, not a real copy like the Shadow Clone Technique. The illusions will dissipate when they come into contact with anything. A person with normal eyes can distinguish clones from the original if they watch very carefully.
Exploding Tag: Activate (Jibaku Fuda: Kassei)
Utilizing chakra, a ninja is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.
Projectile Weapons (Tobidogu)
In order to store and use large items or various weapons that the user would never be capable of carrying normally, the user can keep them contained within summoning scrolls.
Rope Escape Technique (Nawanuke no Jutsu)
A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.

History/Background Story: Haigara was similar to Itachi. He was a master shinobi from an early age, mastering Jutsu way beyond his age level. He had a problem, however: he liked to burn others. He was banished from his small village at the age of eighteen for trying to burn the village to the ground. He stated that he would return, and that Kyuubi had blessed him (he worshipped Kyuubi). His little brother, Senshiro, was treated special, and Haigara did not understand why until he tried to summon Kyuubi himself. When it failed, he asked his father why. That was when he discovered that Kyuubi was bonded with Sen. His anger grew during his years of exile, but so did his skills. Now, he wants one thing: to gain Kyuubi’s power and use it to destroy the world and recreate it in Kyuubi’s image. To this end, he knew he’d need a way to suppress Kyuubi’s power. He then invented his Seal of Ashes Curse Mark, branding it onto himself and three others (test subjects). He also created "Ash Style" and "Burn to Ash Technique." In his exile, he has lost his mind completely, so he constantly talks to himself, thinking that he already has Kyuubi and that he is speaking to the Demon Fox.
