Physical appearance: He is a male of, what looks to be, an African descent. He is black, with dark brown hair. His hair is tied into dreadlocks, which hang down past his face, while some cover his ears. He wears a white headband on his forehead, and dark brown eyes. Directly below his right eye, there is a teardrop, which seems to be burned into his skin. He wears a short sleeve shirt, and on the upper back of it, there is a cross, with many tribal designs about it. In the front of this shirt, there is a heart, also with a large amount of tribal designs on it. This shirt is slightly oversized, but not to a great degree. He wears black jeans to match his black and white shirt. His shoes have a background of black color, while the designs on the shoes are white. His arms are a size that matches his own, and the lower forearms have another symbol which was burned into his skin as well. He has multiple rings on his fingers, each with a different design on his right hand.

Personality: Negative Personality:
Angry: This is what he shows to people who are cocky, disrespectful, or just plain stupid. He usually fights when he is angry, and when he is found fighting in this state, his strength is incredible, though his train of thought is lost, and he is just attacking randomly, and using a type of style similar to Goken. This type of fighting is based on doing as much damage as possible.
Betrayed: Whenever someone betrays his trust, morals, or anything else of his beliefs, he feels this emotion. This emotion is always followed by Anger, but during this emotion, he goes through a state of deep thought and meditation, which is used to accept what has occurred, usually the death of someone he knows or any other deep sorrow.
Sorrow: This is the emotion he feels when something bad happens. When a death of a comrade, friend, or anyone else that is close to him occurs, this is the first emotion felt. Betrayal is usually followed if it involves someone he trusted, or someone he knows who planned this out, and soon chains its way to Anger.

Positive Personality:
Happy: This is the emotion that is felt when something good happens. This is usually followed after a good battle or spar, which usually makes him content. When in this state, it is hard to make him sad or angry unless something truly tragic occurs, which has happened to him once in the past. He shows his cheerful nature by joking around with people around him.
Friendship: This is the emotion that is felt when he is around someone he has known for a long time and can trust with his life. This is usually followed by happiness after seeing the person he is friends with. This personality has caused him much pain in the past, but it has never stopped him from continuing on with the personality, and to keep his good nature up.
Apathy: This is the emotion of being neutral. It is neither negative nor positive. He is in this state 60% of the time, and when he finds someone he trusts, he usually moves on to the Friendship portion of his personality, then he becomes happy unless he receives grave news in this emotionless state. This is the fence-sitter of his emotions, which tilts between sad and happy.

Bio: Chapter 1: Beginning (Years 1993-1994)
’Ah… What a nice odor… Where’s it coming from?’ thought Miguel.

[June 21, 1993]
Soon, he opened his eyes, only to be deceived by the blur of his poster. He closed his eyes and opened them again, and he blinked multiple times, before everything came into focus. He could finally see what was happening around him. Soon, a ray of light shone in through the window, and directly into his eyes. He stared up at the photo. Soon, he heard birds chirping, and not long after did he realize that his sense of smell was on the trail of something. He instantly got up, and sauntered over to his bathroom sink, where he brushed his teeth, then took a shower.

This was done quickly, in order to see what was going on. He leaped out of the shower, and yawned slightly, walking over to his closet where his clothes were instantly removed from. He started to move around, attempting to conserve time by putting on his shirt while walking. It was stuck. He stopped walking, and forced on his one, of many, black shirts, and reached into the cabinet and removed his one, of multiple, black jeans. He put on his shoes, and started downstairs. He leaped down at the last few stairs, and landed softly. He turned and walked into the kitchen, where he saw his mother standing and cooking.

He started the conversation, “Hey, mom.”

She instantly responded, as though ready, “Good Morning, Miguel.”

He sat down, and shook his head, and then heard the door being knocked. He was about to stand up, but his mother instantly reacted, and moved to the door. From the room Miguel was in, he could not see what was happening, but he did hear arguing, and then screaming. He froze, but shook it off and ran out into the hallway to see his mother on the floor, lying in a pool of blood and her throat slit from one side to the other. He started to backpedal slowly, until he fell, and looked up into the eyes of the assailants. One of them nudged the other in a motion to go after him.

The second one leaped, and swiftly brought his sword down. Miguel put his arms up, as a set of Cogs appeared in front of him. These gears completely stopped the attack, sending a large flurry of sparks everywhere. He looks down at his mother, and shook his head while he was still trying to process everything. He looked at his assailants, and threw his hands to his side, sending the attacker back. He turned and ran into the other room, and looked around. There was no exit, and they were coming.

He looked deep into the wall, and, knowing the architecture of his house, knew that that spot was weak. He pulled back his hand as a Cog formed inside of his hand, and he threw it forward, and it grew until the point where it impacted the wall completely flat, and made a large hole. He turned to see them following him, as he looked into the center of the Cog. It was small enough for him to fit, but he would have to time it right. He dashed forward, and dove into it, floating his way through the cog as the rest of it shot back at his pursuers.

As he made it through and landed on the other side after a roll, he started to dash, Using cogs as a means of escape. He made it to the city’s limits, and looked behind him. He was about to leave this small village. His father had been killed before they moved, and they had been found. He needed to Hone in his skills. He turned again, and leaped in the direction of Konoha; he knew there was a good school there. He landed in the vicinity, and looked at the gate, as he prepared to walk into the city.

He was not stopped, which he felt was peculiar, but maybe the village had a large amount of security, so any threat would be easily put down. He smiled; this would be his new home.

[December 13, 1994]
The overview of his life was great. He had gotten a job, he is making money, he has his own house, and life is going good for him. How long will it last?

Chapter 2: Uneducation (Years 1995-1996)

[August-January]
It was time, he was suited up, with the rings on his finger which he had bought with the money he had earned. He walked into class, the first day it was. It wasn’t fast the first few days, but then it picked up greatly. It was during a certain exercise that he realized what he could do. He started off with Shuriken. There was a target directly in front of him, and the course would start the second he had hit the target. He got ready, strapped both hips with Shuriken holsters, since he is both handed. He also had Shuriken holsters on his ankles.

He picked one out, and, in the middle of the forest, threw it at the target. It hit, and the target went down. Soon, another target appeared on a tree branch, and Kunai were thrown towards him from that position. He turned, as his left hand reached into his right pouch, and his right hand reached over to his left pouch. He removed three Shuriken from both, and threw them towards the four Kunai headed towards him. The other two were attached by a string, and he pulled them, and they shot out and curved from both sides and hit the target with a large explosion.

Beneath both of the Shuriken, there was a paper bomb attached and he looked around. Another one jumped out from behind a rock. He heard the slight tap from that direction, and turned. He saw a Kunai headed for him, and leaped to his left in the form of a butterfly twist. As he landed, he swung through into a corkscrew, and threw shuriken with strings attached in this form as well. They all surrounded their target from every angle and closed in and destroyed their target. If that wasn’t enough, the Kunai elaborately went around trees, and he held the strings and pulled them in a concise motion. With the strength of the pull, the target was ripped apart, and he turned, awaiting his next challenge.

Two targets, each placed on both sides of him and collinear, appeared, with a large amount of Shuriken thrown at him. He threw his hands at his sides, as shields of Cogs formed and blocked the Kunai. The cogs separated, and he turned his body in a spinning motion, and the Cogs spun around him before he stopped and they went soaring outward. The gears slammed into their targets, and spun so fast that they were destroyed. He stopped. It was the final stage.


100 Targets appeared. This was the one level no one could ever accomplish without tiring themselves. It started. He started to gain energy until he jumped into the air, and spun violently, which caused him to tilt until the point where he was upside down. He released multiple shuriken at this time, along with cogs. Each of these was tied to a string. He narrowed his eyes and they elaborately formed a web of tripwires, or so it seemed. He started to throw Kunai into trees and cogs as well, until it formed a cocoon around him. He plotted his next move, inside of the area, and smiled as a plan came to mind.

Cogs formed around his chest and legs, nearly covering his body and pressing against the cocoon. They started to spin slowly, and then violently. The Shuriken, which were attached to branches for the most part, were pulled into the spin, sending trees as well as shuriken towards the surrounding targets. The debris as well as the Kunai instantly cut through the targets. He watched as he lay in the center of a large circle of debris before the forest began again. He smiled as he turned to see the mentor clapping.

It was time for him to get better.

Chapter 3: Nothing (Years 1998-1997)

This was a year of no special events. It was a regular time in his life, and he was doing nothing special, and starting to move along in the academy.


Chapter 4: Relaxation (Years 2000-(Secret))

[July 13, 2000]
It was his day for Cog training. He walked out on the nice day, and deep into the forest where there was seclusion and isolation. He smiled, he was happy to be in this region where he would be able to train in peace. He started off with his first Jutsu, Cog Control. He held his right hand out along with his left hand, and a Small Cog formed, the same size as his hand. He opened his palm as he poured his energy into them, and made them as long as his forearm in radius. He pointed his hands out as they flattened. He then jumped into a 180 degree spin.

As he turned, he threw his right hand forward, sending the cog at a nearby tree, and varying it in size as it soared through the air. As it impacted the tree, he threw his left hand with the other cog towards the tree, and made it vary in size as well before crashing into the first and causing a large explosion. He landed as he heard the paper bombs take effect, and cause the large explosion. He narrowed his eyes as cogs started to form all around him. It was time for his next Jutsu training, Imperiofulsi. Large cogs formed around his body, within a radius of 5 feet, and a large amount of white light formed in the center. Soon, bolts of Lightning shot out at great speeds, and impacted the surrounding trees, setting them ablaze. He pulled his hand back, and a large amount of energy collected into a gear, and it shot out in front of him, and spun it around at great speeds over the fire. This cog was then met by another one, spinning in the opposite direction.

This created a vacuum in the center, which pulled the flames in and towards their untimely demise. He then continued to watch as the fire slowly dissipated. He smiled as he turned; he had enough training for the while, and was hoping to find out something new about himself. As he walked, a large beam came from the sky and impacted the ground. Soon, a large amount of Earth found its way towards Miguel. Miguel quickly leaped to his right, as the debris shot off. He landed on the ground, and narrowed his eyes.

Another beam headed straight towards him, and he leaped out of the way, and landed on the ground farther away from it. He looked up again. He couldn’t see, something was obscuring his view. He narrowed his eyes. Soon, an inverted cog grew and formed within his eye and circling around the iris. Not long after that, another regular cog formed in the sclera of his eyes, He was able to see the chakra formations of everything around him. He leaped up and looked around.

He saw something appear in front of him for a split second and then vanish. He then heard the words, “Thank me later.”

He realized a new power had been unlocked, and he smiled. It was time for him to start on his journey. But first, he must hone in on his skills in order to give him the optimal power and ability for his expedition.

Chapter 5: The Master (2008-Present)

Miguel rose in bed, reflecting upon what he had acomplished in the past few years; Leaving the Leaf Village; Joining the Lightning Village; Becoming Raikage; Becoming an S-ranked Shinobi; Joining Akatsuki; it was so much, he thought he would never become a what he was going for, domination of the shinobi nation...

Description: A large amount of energy forms within the center of the cogs, and fires beams from the center out to a target. The cogs MUST be aiming at the Target, and must have already charged their energy for at least one post.

Description: It can be performed to increase the size of the Cogs, or to decrease the size of the Cogs. He can also double Cogs, which places the cogs perpendicular to each other, creating a mine-looking orb. This orb can be used to charge energy, but cannot shoot.

Effect: It creates an orb of electric energy around the user’s palms. This energy can be fired like a beam, and when it hits any object, it looks like the user’s palm. This energy can be used in multiple ways. It can be charged in the form of an Orb, rather than a beam, and explode into a larger version of the orb in the User’s palms. It can also be used simply as a beam of energy, fired from the user’s palms or, in Miguel’s Case, the Cogs. This can also be used to create walls of energy, used to stop attacks or people. Once one touches the wall, they are pushed back, and cannot continue the attack.
Description: It looks like an orb of electricity in the user’s palm. The can only be seen as a circle, and the user’s palm in the center of the circle. The user can use this in also many ways which is why this move is very versatile.

Description: Small bursts of electricity can be seen exiting random parts of his body as he starts the smaller discharges before he completely releases, sending all nearby enemies flying. This goes hand in hand with his next move.

Description: Miguel holds his hands out, and in this, a large amount of energy gathers about his body, and forms one horizontal orbital with three orbs, one diagonal orbital with three orbs, and a final diagonal perpendicular to the other diagonal with three orbs. These orbs are subject to be used in the ways of Desumavitas.

Description: The sky darkens, if not already night, and multiple daimonds of lightning form in the darkened sky as though they were stars. These stars can send one beam per star, with a maximum of 50 stars. Anything the beam hits is numbed, paralyzed, or shocked, depending on what it impacts, and at what degree of power.

Effect: He gains a full electric charge, enabling him to use electric attacks easier. He also increases in speed, making him look like a blur when he moves at top speed. Description: Miguel is struck by a large bolt of lightning, around 10 feet in radius, and when he emerges, he is floating over a large hole with electricity surging through his body. Small discharges of energy can be seen escaping his body and returning. At his top speed, he is able to move as a blur, being unable to be seen by the naked eye.

Effect: Using the Attachable hook whip made out of electricity, Miguel is able to use the Appoculus to make a devastating attack. This is mostly done by physical force, but manipulation over the lightning can also lead to such an effect.
Description: Miguel holds his hook whips out and spins them, and they form a small sphere around him. He then activates the Appoculus, and, using this Doujutsu, he is able to increase his reaction time. Using this increased reactin time, he can swing the whips around at high speeds. This is used to attack many people at once, or defend from all sides. This defense has one blind spot, but other than that, the user can block anything coming at them.

Effect: Increases the User's speed to the point where the user can spontaneously vanish, but cannot remain this way for long. Thy can also reduce their speed to that of a blur, and make movements in this quick motion. Once used for over 15 posts, the user is unable to move their legs for the next 24 hours.
Description: Miguel can vanish and reappear in another area, no more than 100 feet away in radius, or he can move at speeds where he is seen as only a blur. These incredible speeds have lasting aftr effects. This is mostly used as a last resort and because of its rapid use, its cost is low.

Effect: Traps both him and his opponent inside of sphere of electric energy. He can use any of the Desu abilities with this energy, and it lasts only 15 posts.
Description: A large lightning bolt strikes down towards the center between both him and his opponent, but stops, and forms a sphere around the two. The only reason it can stop is because Miguel controlled it that way.

Effect: It allows the user to access a Bird's eye view for 150 feet in every direction, and also allows the User to see Moving Chakra in this range, and therefore effectively follow it. This ability is part of the Dominguez Curse, and because it is, it has the Four Dominguez Points; South (Rutoculus), East (Croculus), West (Viridoculus), and North (Puteuloculus).

South (Rutoculus)- This gives the user the ability to coordinate themselves at high speeds effectively, enabling them to block fast attacks, but with great strain on the body, if the user is inexperienced.

East (Croculus)- This gives the user the ability to send pulsating waves of Chakra in one direction, and use them such as how a bat uses sonar, by feeling the reflections. These pulses are very minute, and very hard to catch, since they are unable to be seen.

West (Viridoculus)- This gives the user the ability to push objects that are not people and less than their own weight, such as a Kunai or Shuriken, away from them, using their chakra. This also gives the user the ability of Necromancy. They can, using a dead or paralyzed body, and being a master of the Galvanistic Arts, send small pulses into the brain through the skull of a being, and cause it to twitch and move. This motion can be manipulated to seem like Necromancy. Rules: 1. Subject cannot be dead, and if so, not for a large amount of time. 2. User can only control 5 at a time. 3. User must have a line connecting himself to the body. 4. The line can be severed, but if the User has maintained an electric link through the electrostatic area of the field (Created after Multiple Lightning-Based Attacks.) They can use the body without the line, and can use the electricity to control it.

North (Puteuloculus)- This gives the user the Curse Form of the Dominguez. The curse form for Miguel is two blue wings, forming upon his upper back, and another set of two wings, forming below the first set. This grants him an increase in speed and power. Not only that, but the tribal Markings on his Chest and back glow, showing the curse is being released, though sealed from true power.

Description: The design of the following eye appears in the eye of the user, as a cog appears in the sclera on the outside, and rotates inward towards the nose.

Description: They are the same circle in the center of the palm of the User, and can be used for flight because of their power.

Effect: Controls the User's paralyzed body.
Description: This is the ability where the ser can extend their chakra out of their bodies and cause it to move their bodies, if they cannot do it on other accord. This can only be done when the User's body part that is targeted to move is paralyzed, and will ONLY work on the User.

Description: This is the ability where the user can coat their ninj tools, such as Shuriken, Kunai, Senbon, and strings, with electricity, giving them all of the Desu Effects, as well as all of the regular effects of the weapons.

Body Replacement Technique (Kawarimi no Jutsu)
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

Cloak of Invisibility Technique (Kakuremino no Jutsu)
This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making themselves invisible.

Clone Technique (Bunshin no Jutsu)
This technique creates a clone of the user, but it is an illusion, not a real copy like the Shadow Clone Technique. The illusions will dissipate when they come into contact with anything. A person with normal eyes can distinguish clones from the original if they watch very carefully.

Exploding Tag: Activate (Jibaku Fuda: Kassei)
Utilizing chakra, a ninja is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.

Projectile Weapons (Tobidogu)
In order to store and use large items or various weapons that the user would never be capable of carrying normally, the user can keep them contained within summoning scrolls.

Rope Escape Technique (Nawanuke no Jutsu)
