Special Characteristics: Ability to freely manipulate Shadows (Kekkei Genkai) without the use of chakra (no hand seals needed) within a five foot radius. Shadows further away he must use his chakra to pull them closer before manipulating them. Uses chakra differently then your average ninja. Assistant to Hokage has this tattoo at the base of his neck with the leaf village symbol in the middle


Has the same tattoo in the center of his chest, only smaller and with the uchiha fan in the middle instead of the leaf symbol. He got this tattoo/seal from a medical jutsu performed by Ryoushi Hanshou, giving him the Sharingan of the Uchiha clan...although for mysterious reasons he still lacks an inner pupil (its there you just cant see it because it blends in with the color of the rest of his eye.)



Obtained Mangekyou from the DNA from Brono Uchiha; His version of mangekyou takes the form of an hourglass in each eye, other than that not much else is known about it.

Kageton - Kage no Yaiba (Shadow Release - Shadow Blade)

A skill where the user gathers a shadow and creates a blade from it. This blade harnesses the ability to extend depending upon the shadow medium that is used and can make it difficult to deflect. (The ability to extend the blade takes concentration and the application of more chakra)

Kageton - Wangetsu Getsuei no Yaiba ( Shadow Release - Crescent Moon Blade)

Effect: A skill where the user swings there hand and upon the ground creates a crescent shaped shadow. This shadow after being imbued with chakra is sent flying towards the opponent. This fast flying blade is easily able to cut through trees. However, if a metal blade is used to try and block the jutsu, it will be cut in two blades to cut the opponent

Kageton - Kage Gouben (Shadow Release - Shadow Pool)

Effect: A skill where the user concentrates chakra into a shadow and redirects it to the front of their body. When the opponent rushes over and tries to step into the shadow they will fall into a strange pool and sink into the ground (Pre-reqiste for Shadow Passage)

Effect: The shadow quickly stretches out towards the opponet and wraps around the opponet. Becoming stiffened to make sure the opponent cannot move from that particular spot, giving an opening for attack.

Kageton - Kage no Keika (Shadow Release - Shadow Passage)

Effect: A skill in which the user makes a small portal of shadow, these portals of shadow are able to take in an object that can fit into it. These portals have a one and a half foot radius, but will only exit through another shadow portal. Once a shadow portal has designated a particular area to come out from, it cannot be switched. (These portals only lead to another portal with the exception of when my character goes thru one he dosent need a portal on the other end, he can just come out any shadow)

Kageton - Kage Katachi (Shadow Release - Shadow Form)

Effect: A skill where the user gathering up a shadow around them and infusing it with chakra to enlarge the shadow and stretch it. As he infuses chakra it slowly consume his body. (This jutsu require and extreme amount of chakra) When the shadow fully consumes their body, he is completely immune to all physical damage, his eyes turn completely red, looks like a wispy humanoid; ability to manipulate shadows greatly increases and gives the user the ability to use his most powerful jutsu.....

Effect: While possessing somebody He has access to any kekkei genkai the host might have any knowledge the host has must be given willingly, unless he takes the time to extract it the host can expel him from their body by a force of chakra, but if the host is unconsious at the time of possession my character has to leave willingly

Kokuei will start this technique by using only one finger on his left hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough, or even physical contact by said hand. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Name: Tsukuyomi - God of the Moon (Moon Reader)

Description: Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a powerful illusion. This jutsu is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The illusion takes place in the mind of the one affected, while under the jutsu the victim is at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.

It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can overcome the illusion. To counter the technique, however, Mangekyou is not required. A highly trained normal Sharingan user can break the illusion, causing the Mangekyou user to experience additional weakness from using it.

Summons: Ashi Kage Cha (Shadow Spirit)

Description: A humanoid shadow entity that is the same size as the person who summoned it

Powers: constructed completely out of shadow, this entity is completely invulnerable to physical attack, and can only be harmed by ninjutsu. However, the spirit itself can attack physically and often attacks with bladed shadow tendrils. It also has the ability to transport itself from one shadow to another.

History/Background Story: Not much is known about my character seeing as how he hails from no Shinobi village. The village where he comes from is far away in the mountains. He left that village at a young age of 15 because what he thought were Shinobi killed his mother and father. He searched for these shinobi but has been unsuccessful as no one has heard of these shinobi. Was trained by the Hokage in his Kageton techniques.
