Kokuei appeared from a shadow in a forest, looked around and activated his sharingan. He then searched the area for any people but there were none. He then sat down trying to figure out the secrets of the sharingan, by looking at various wildlife in their eyes. After a while of frustration and hunger he walked through the forest until he found a stream. Around the stream were rocks and lilies and exotic plants he had no knowledge of, a ways down the stream he thought he heard a waterfall. On the rocks there grew a bunch of mushrooms with light brown tops and white stalks. After picking a handful and eating the caps only, he threw the stalks away and started to drink from the river. After drinking from the river he rolled over and passed out.
After waking up he looked around, it was almost dark and all sorts of wild life had come out. Drinking from the stream was what looked like a large horned dog. It spun around and looked at Kokuei with glowing white eyes. It dashed at him and as it did it had an after image....but it was before it. As he seen it coming got up and quickly dove for the stream, swimming to the other side of the stream. As came up out of the water and pulled himself on the bank he stopped. Everything was echoing, and he didnt like it.
Standing up, he started shouting, telling everything to shutup. Then as creatures started to fly away and scamper at his disturbance, things started to spin. He fell to the ground as everything appeared to catch fire and heard laughing from a figure close but not next to him. As everything was burning he looked around his sharingan eyes spinning rapidly, he heard a croak of a frog. As he heard the croak the fire vanished and he found himself looking at said frog. Then as the frog looked into his eyes it started to wheeze and tried to make its way, blundering, to the stream where it dove into and didnt resurface. Kokuei then looked around and pulled the shadow from his glove around him and vanished.
