Kokuei formed in the shadows behind the Hokage and held his hands outstretched. Small black squares formed all over the building, even on the outside, and transformed into explosive notes. He then grabbed the Hokage and pulled into the shadows. A few seconds later the explosive notes exploded and destroyed the Hokage's office.
